Your front cover is stark and effective (though I do think you could have constructed a more emotive image), and you have a really strong sense of layout and design from cover to contents page. Realistically, your finished piece is worth closer to 18 than 15, but I had to take three marks away because you didn't fulfil the brief (two images needed on your contents). This may seem unfair because The Big Issue only uses one image as a convention, but the brief comes before the impact of existing media.
Finally, consider how you might have used sell lines more effectively to clarify your target audience. This is a vital component of all coursework options.
